"Since losing my best friend and subsequently his daughter, both to leukaemia, I have been doing all I can to help Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

We have made huge progress but need to step up our fundraising to continue our research into better treatments and cures for Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma. 

With over 25 years' of experience of running and publicising events to a wide range of participants, we're not short of ideas. 

We work with many of the UK's leading running, cycling and triathlon events (Great Run Series, Human Race and IMG) and myself and other celebrity supporters often take part.
