This automated email means we have received your order and will be placed into our system.

If there is a problem with your order (such as an item being out of stock) we will contact you.

If you don't hear anything from us, good news! We will be working on your order to get it delivered to you before your event date.

No payment is required with your order (excludes football clubs). Your invoice will be sent via email (please check your Spam/Junk folder) and payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.

All prices shown on our website exclude VAT (unless otherwise specified).

Orders will be sent via our courier, with smaller items sent via Royal Mail. Carriage charges are calculated by weight, with a surcharge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, remote Scotland, and UK offshore islands including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
